I'm new to blogging so I've negelected this session for a bit. But as for the market here, there's been a price change for obviuos reasons (what goes up, muct come down)

The funny thing is that we have a lot of seller that are holding on to the past even though they are in an equity position. Those are the people who have a deep routed complaint about the market. . .I have one lady that had an opportunity to sell for 500k; now that her home is listed for 449k, we've had very few serioud buyers for that home.

It's like stock in a sense. If you want the greatest return, you have to sell when its a seller's market. But if you're trying to do so in a buyer's market, do so because you really have to move on with your life. What you lose on the sell side can be recovered if you choose to buy again. that's my dialogue. Sometimes it works; sometimes I get blank stares. But, it is what it is. Just got to push forward. Stay positive. Ironically, this is the market where I thrive on. My clients appreciate me more since they see me working so hard.

Keep in touch and P.S. I take referrals. :)

Well it is defiantly a buyers market and sales are down from last year about 8% but the median price is up about 6%. I believe many buyers are waiting against the fence right now. What are they waiting for? I don't know because you can find some of the best deals around right now especially from new home builders giving deep discounts on existing inventory. Hopefully it picks up after the holidays as it should. How is your market doing?
